Greystar in Mission Valley, CA is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the community’s marketing, advertising, sales activities, and leasing team to meet revenue, occupancy, and retention goals.

This role requires 1-2 years of leasing management experience; lease-up background is preferred. Weekend availability and 9am-6pm schedule apply. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior leasing manager experience required.
• Lease up experience required.
• Experience directing marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, and leasing team members.

Responsabilités

• Direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Generate leasing reports and monitor traffic, closings, and performance from property management software.
• Oversee on-site leasing activity and ensure ready-to-show units meet market standards.
• Supervise leasing team members including hiring, training and performance management.
