Job summary

Greystar, a leading real estate operator, seeks a Property Manager/Leasing Manager to drive on-site marketing, advertising and sales, manage a leasing team, and achieve revenue and occupancy objectives at a San Diego community.

Responsibilities include directing activity, implementing pricing strategies, developing marketing plans, and ensuring strong resident retention. 1–2 years’ experience and experience with Yardi Voyager or CRM tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property manager or leasing manager experience required.
• Experience with on-site marketing, advertising, and leasing activities.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi Voyager, CRM or RentCafe.

Responsibilities

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, pricing, concessions, and leasing processes.
• Develops marketing plans and short-/long-term goals to sustain occupancy.
• Leads leasing team, interviews and trains staff, and manages performance.
• Generates leasing reports using the company software to monitor results.
