Greystar is seeking a property marketing and leasing leader in Los Angeles to drive revenue, occupancy and resident retention. You will oversee on-site marketing, pricing strategies, and the leasing team across a high-volume community.

Collaborate with maintenance and staff to present polished, market-ready homes and deliver exceptional resident service. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on leasing, reporting to owners and leadership and offering performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, oversee on-site traffic, ensure inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing and concessions, monitor day-to-day sales and leasing activities.
• Stay informed about market and competitor conditions, develop short- and long-term marketing plans, implement pricing, concessions, leasing incentives and advertising strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Develop print and internet advertising strategies, use technology to promote the community, communicate with prospects, and generate reports with property management software.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure appearance and safety, create activities to enhance salability by inspecting ready units and using merchandising techniques.
• Participate in leasing by generating traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documents, and completing move-in procedures.
• Review financial and traffic reports, analyze metrics, and present marketing/ leasing results to clients, owners and managers.
• Oversee the lease renewal program, manage communications, sponsor renewal functions, assist with move-outs.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and document requests.
• Supervise leasing team by hiring, training, and managing performance.
