Greystar is seeking a results-driven Marketing & Leasing Manager to direct the community's marketing, advertising and sales efforts, aiming to meet revenue and occupancy targets. The role involves overseeing on-site traffic, pricing, concessions, and leasing activity while coordinating with maintenance for property upkeep.

You will lead a leasing team, develop strategic marketing plans, and analyze performance metrics to improve traffic and conversions across print and digital channels.

• Lead leasing team to maximize traffic, leasing conversions and renewals.

Responsabilités

• Direct the community's marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities.
• Oversee on-site traffic and ensure an inventory of ready apartments.
• Set rent pricing and concessions; monitor day-to-day leasing activities.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create print and internet advertising strategies; use PM software to generate reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and safety.
• Participate in leasing by generating traffic, leasing apartments, and processing move-ins.
• Review financial and operational reports to identify issues and support strategies.
• Oversee lease renewals and related communication with residents.
• Supervise leasing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
