Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for our Seattle community. You will direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, while supervising the on-site leasing team and ensuring smooth lease processing from traffic to move-in.

Ideal candidates have multiple-family leasing experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office and property management software.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-family leasing experience; luxury high-rise experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi/One Site experience desirable but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; able to explain apartment features and answer resident questions.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Supervise on-site leasing team and oversee leasing process from traffic generation to move-ins.
• Prepare lease documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Review financial and operations reports to identify issues and adjust leasing strategies.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries with professional communication.
• Support and manage lease renewals and resident relations.
