Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for West Edge, a luxury high-rise in downtown Seattle. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, while ensuring a top-tier resident experience through tours, move-in processes, and responsive service.

The role requires prior sales and customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with Yardi/OneSite.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and process applications.
• Familiarity with lease documentation and renewals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments and conduct tours (virtual and in-person).
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability and leasing activities.
