Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for a new high-rise community in Seattle. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Duties include conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term. The role requires strong sales and customer service experience, proficiency in MS Office and property management software (Yardi/OneSite), and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills to explain apartment features and lease terms
• Ability to read, write, and explain lease documents clearly and accurately

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify leads, conduct tours (virtual and in-person)
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy targets
• Process applications, credit checks, and lease signings with attention to detail
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email to secure lease agreements
• Utilize online platforms to market available units and drive traffic to the community
