Job summary

Greystar’s Assembly118 community in South Seattle seeks a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will manage tours, applications, screenings, and move-in packages, ensuring resident satisfaction and strong occupancy.

You’ll monitor market conditions, collaborate with maintenance, and drive traffic through on-site marketing tools and digital channels, while maintaining show-ready units and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact occupancy and sales results.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, tours, process applications, screenings, prepare lease.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate repairs.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
• Use OneSite, Yardi to track availability and data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support renewal program with letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and coordinate requests.
