Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for our Seattle-area community. You will lead on-site leasing, direct marketing and sales activities, and drive occupancy and revenue to meet targets.

Responsibilities include managing the leasing team, processing leases, analyzing reports, and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction. A strong background in multi-family leasing and proficiency with Yardi/One Site is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family leasing, with emphasis on revenue and occupancy goals.
• Ability to read, write, and negotiate lease documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee on-site leasing team and leasing process from prospect to move-in.
• Review financial and operational reports to identify issues affecting leasing performance.
• Respond to resident and ownership inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and train leasing team to align with company policies.
