Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional in Seattle to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and a streamlined move-in experience for residents.

You will conduct tours, process applications, manage renewals, and work closely with maintenance and marketing teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals at Greystar-managed communities.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and show apartments; process applications and screenings; prepare lease and move-in packages
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate repairs with maintenance
• Stay informed about market conditions; develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data
• Ensure show units meet company standards; coordinate maintenance and upkeep
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals
• Support lease renewal program with letters, meetings, and timely signings
• Respond promptly to concerns and document requests
