Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Services is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for a property in Austin, TX 78739. You will work with the Property Manager and Regional Manager to achieve occupancy targets, qualify prospects, and close leases while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include coordinating marketing plans, reviewing applications, and planning resident events. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily Leasing and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Leasing Manager in the multifamily industry.
• Solid sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Active listening skills and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targeted occupancy levels for the property.
• Coordinate property marketing plan with the Property Manager and Regional Manager.
• Qualify and close prospects by taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, qualifying prospects on type, size, price and amenities, show unit or model and tour the property, use closing techniques and follow up with a phone call.
• Ensure all reports are completed in a timely manner.
• Review and approve lease applications.
• Develop a good rapport with residents and assist in resolving resident problems.
• Plan and coordinate budgeted resident events and activities.
• Prepare resident fliers for distribution.
