Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of Entrata and MS Office.
• Fair Housing and EEO laws familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team to achieve target occupancy and support staff development.
• Drive marketing efforts and campus/local outreach.
• Maintain accurate leases, records, and communications with residents and university partners.
• Deliver first-class resident service and address concerns promptly.
