Job summary

CLS Living is seeking an energetic Leasing Manager to join our team and serve as the face of the community. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive leasing performance, and support team development to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and prospects.

You will manage leasing activities, marketing plans, and knowledge of the property and competitors to maintain strong occupancy. A focus on accurate administration, relationships with university partners, and brand-aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
• Familiarity with LIHTC programs is a plus.
• Understanding and adherence to Fair Housing and EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to cultivate a motivated, high-performing team.
• Drive leasing and marketing efforts to achieve target occupancy (goal 99%).
• Deliver first-class service to residents and prospects; resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain records in property management software and process leases efficiently.
• Support NOI targets through leasing, cost management, and revenue optimization.
