Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in property management/leadership.
• 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing or related field.
• Proficient with property management software (Entrata) and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team and foster CLS Living culture.
• Oversee daily operations including leasing, maintenance, and customer service.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and payroll processes.
• Develop annual marketing plans and drive leasing goals.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
