UnisonHire is partnering with a residential property management firm to recruit a Leasing Manager who will lead a leasing team, develop sales strategies, and drive occupancy and revenue growth across the community.

The role requires a results-driven leader with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze performance data to implement actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in residential property management sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and occupancy goals.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor leasing team members to improve closing ratios and overall sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery to residents, prospects, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee leasing efforts including prospect engagement, follow-up, and conversion.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing and sales initiatives with business goals.
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
