Job summary

TRG Management seeks a Leasing Manager to lead and develop the leasing team, driving occupancy and revenue through a structured Prospect-Centered Sales Approach. You will coach on tours, calls, and follow-ups, and collaborate with the Property Manager to meet targets while maintaining TRG brand standards.

You will also oversee administrative tasks, market surveys, and timely lease processing, ensuring exceptional resident service and strong team performance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of leasing or sales experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the leasing team; conduct 3–5 calls weekly and provide actionable feedback.
• Manage daily leasing huddles, set priorities, review goals, and celebrate wins.
• Shadow tours monthly to ensure sales consistency and closing quality.
• Drive occupancy and revenue by applying the Prospect-Centered Sales Approach.
• Oversee administration, approvals, and timely lease processing; monitor market trends.
