Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management experience and direct supervision of staff in a hospitality, retail, customer service or property management setting.
• Strong leadership aptitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills; able to resolve conflicts.
• Experience managing operations within an approved budget and performing financial analysis.
• Ability to quickly learn property management software and apply it to leasing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing performance for the apartment community to meet occupancy and rental revenue goals.
• Lead, direct, and develop the leasing team to maximize results.
• Set property and individual leasing goals aligned to overall performance needs.
• Coach and mentor the leasing team to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, HR, and finance for compliant leasing operations.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with applicable regulations.
