Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, or leasing operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn software programs and backend administrative systems.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about the community and model homes to prospective residents.
• Bring sales-focused energy to leasing and assist leasing associates after the sale.
• Manage the prospect journey: applications, payments, lease generation, orientations, and move-ins.
• Process new lease applications and renewals; coordinate renewal process.
• Address resident questions; support customer service efforts in the community.
• Maintain tour path and aesthetics; assist with grounds and site cleanliness.
• Greet residents and guests professionally; establish rapport.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Regular patrol of grounds, halls, vacant units, and parking areas.
• Inspect amenity areas daily; verify service work orders and issue keys as needed.
• Support move-ins, resident services, and act as central point of contact.
• Submit service requests in PM system; report damages or deficiencies.
• Coordinate resident events and train co-workers when necessary.
