Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Leasing Manager for The Commons at Olentangy in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on leasing apartments, delivering an exceptional resident experience, and leading the leasing team to achieve occupancy and rental income goals.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure professional representation of the community. A minimum of 2 years in residential property management is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of residential property management or multifamily leasing experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; RealPage/OneSite experience preferred.
Strong sales, customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management practices.

Responsibilities

Leasing available apartment homes and driving occupancy goals.
Coach, develop, and manage the leasing team for performance and growth.
Support marketing and outreach to improve resident retention and experiences.
Represent GoldOller professionally and ensure compliance with leases and safety standards.
Monitor revenue, rent collection, and timely reporting.
