GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Leasing Manager in Columbus, OH. The role drives leasing activity, oversees a team, and ensures a welcoming, compliant community experience for residents.

The position requires 2+ years of multifamily leasing experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong sales/customer service skills. On-site work with opportunities for commissions and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of residential property management or multifamily leasing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• NALP certification is a plus.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and achieve occupancy goals.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives to drive renewals and rental income.
• Coach, develop, and manage leasing team; communicate progress to Community Manager.
• Enforce leases, Fair Housing, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Produce accurate reporting and maintain a polished leasing office.
• Oversee tenant relations and rent collections.
