Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Hilliard, OH community. You will handle leasing production, tour prospective residents of luxury apartments, and coordinate applications and renewals.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences and driving revenue at the site. The position requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), strong customer service and teamwork skills, and ability to learn fair housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proven customer service skills, strong teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
• Previous experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Saturday and Sunday availability schedule is Friday-Tuesday.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about the community, model homes, and living experience to potential residents.
• Drive sales in the leasing environment to close available units and support revenue at the site.
• Lead luxury apartment home tours for prospective residents.
• Assist with new lease applications and renewal processes for current residents.
• Support customer service efforts and address resident questions and concerns.
• Maintain tour paths and assist with grounds and site cleanliness to support community aesthetics.

The Property Management team at LC is looking for a talented individual to elevate our resident and community experience in a values-based manner reflective of our purpose. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of leasing production and sales at an assigned apartment community.

Who You Are

• Provides potential residents with information about the community, model home choices, and the resident living experience.
• Brings sales-focused energy to the leasing environment to effectively close sale of available units, positively impact revenue generation at the site.
• Takes prospective residents on luxury apartment home tours.
• Assists with new lease applications and related processes and coordinates the renewal lease process for current residents.
• Follows up on resident questions and concerns and supports and assists all customer service efforts at the community.
• Support the aesthetics of the community by maintaining tour paths, and assisting with the upkeep of grounds and site cleanliness.

What You’ll Bring

• High school degree or equivalent is required, bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Proven customer service skills, strong teamwork skills, strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations required.
• Ability to work weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous work experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Saturday and Sunday availability schedule is Friday-Tuesday
