Irvine Company Apartment Communities seeks a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing function, drive occupancy targets, and coach the leasing team in a service-focused culture for its Santa Clara apartments portfolio.

The role requires strong selling and communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to schedule weekends/evenings as needed, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in sales environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability a plus
• Schedule may require work on weekends, holidays and evenings

Responsibilities

• Leads the leasing function to achieve occupancy and availability goals for the apartments division.
• Coaches the leasing process and develops direct reports to create a culture of excellence.
• Promotes a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and a seamless customer experience.
• Demonstrates selling and rapport-building skills with prospects and communicates benefits.
• Uses a consultative selling approach to evaluate customer needs.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of market aspects and trends.
• Develops and executes plans to exceed key performance indicators.
• Monitors call queues and adjusts schedules to meet Abandon Call Rate and Service Level goals.
• Attends QA inbound call calibrations and completes weekly call coaching with staff.
• Assists with addressing and resolving customer escalations and provides timely performance reports.
