Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking to hire enthusiastic sales professionals in Irvine, CA who excel at leasing apartment homes and delivering exceptional service. You will tour prospects, present available units, and contribute to traffic generation through marketing support.

The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, familiarity with MS Office and Google Apps, and a team-oriented mindset to consistently meet revenue goals and NPS targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or BA and 0–5 years of experience.
• Proven sales and customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management.
• Strong computer literacy and detail orientation; able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieves all sales goals set forth by their manager on a consistent basis.
• Strives to achieve revenue goals by daily review of leases and Customer Information Cards to ensure data and lease quality standards.
• Assists in deploying the Sales & Marketing Plan for assigned sales environment.
• Support our PSP culture and encourage an empowering environment to achieve top NPS Prospect Survey Results.
• Tours prospects within the property and presents available units to find their new home.
• Communicates effectively within a matrix organization to meet and exceed goals.
