Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Centralized Leasing Center to optimize performance.
• Hire, onboard, review timecards, and schedule Leasing staff.
• Drive occupancy and revenue with data-driven pricing and promotions.
• Coach staff with weekly one-on-one sessions and development.
• Provide analytics and forecasts to senior leadership.
• Monitor market conditions and leasing strategies.
• Oversee contact center operations and queue management.
