Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of the property.
• Support marketing plans and ensure marketing avenues are utilized effectively.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with prospects to close leases.
• Maintain product knowledge of the property and market.
• Help meet occupancy targets through leasing goals and renewal programs.
• Keep offices and common areas professional at all times.
• Assist with after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Manage online presence and marketing materials to be current and engaging.
• Coordinate resident functions and community events.
• Network with campus housing professionals and local businesses to foster partnerships.
