Mill Creek Residential in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team, drive sales performance, and execute innovative leasing strategies. You will coach Leasing Consultants, manage occupancy targets, and ensure seamless renewals and move-ins across communities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales within multi-family or property management, excellent communication, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Understand and embody the customer experience and brand Promise
• Coach Leasing Consultants in sales and lead management
• Achieve occupancy and leasing goals for communities
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback
• Oversee move-ins, renewals, and resident transfers
• Manage marketing and leasing processes including Entrata
• Ensure leasing centers and models meet brand standards
• Address duties as assigned
