Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in achieving performance standards and running daily property operations. You will help empower associates, train senior staff, and serve as the Manager on Duty when the Community Manager is away.

The role involves leasing, market surveys, data entry in Entrata/Yardi, and coordinating move-ins and resident services. A cost- and service-oriented mindset with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of multi-family leasing or related property management experience or equivalent.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in multifamily, retail sales, or hospitality helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and determine needs and preferences.
• Handle calls, leases, verifications, and notify results promptly.
• Maintain accurate data in information systems and generate leasing reports.
• Keep office spaces, models, and market-ready units in pristine condition.
• Assist with social media advertising and move-in preparations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and fair housing laws.
