Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Leasing Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead a dynamic leasing team and drive occupancy and revenue through a Prospect-Centered Sales Approach. You will coach, monitor performance, and ensure timely, compliant leasing actions while collaborating with the Property Manager.

The role emphasizes coaching excellence, daily huddles, and coaching tours to elevate sales effectiveness and resident satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of leasing or sales experience.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the sales coach for the leasing team, providing actionable feedback.
• Lead daily leasing huddles, set priorities, review goals, and celebrate wins.
• Shadow tours monthly to observe skills and ensure consistency in approach.
• Lead by example in tours, follow-up, and closing to model high performance.
• Monitor weekly metrics and drive results through coaching.
• Review and approve applications within 48 hours and leases within 72 hours.
• Support renewal strategies and resident retention conversations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and leasing procedures.
• Assist with marketing plans, events, and outreach initiatives.
