Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is hiring a Leasing Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will work with the Property Manager to meet occupancy budgets by leasing apartments to prospective residents and supporting the property's marketing plan. You will lead the leasing team through pre-leasing, leasing, and renewals.

The role requires 2 years of leasing experience, 4 years in sales/customer service, and strong communication. A comprehensive benefits package is offered with annual incentives.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as Leasing Consultant
• 4 years’ experience in sales and customer service
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing staff scheduling and coverage on high volume days and weekends
• Audit daily traffic data in CRM for compliance and follow-up
• Manage Lead Tracking and Sales Management software for timely data entry
• Shop competitive properties to collect pricing, fees, concessions, and amenities
• Tour community and vacant apartments with prospects and know unit details and rents
• Assist Property Manager with resident retention programs
