Job summary

TRG Management seeks a Leasing Manager in Tampa to drive leasing performance as the sales leader of the community. You will coach, train, and guide a leasing team to meet occupancy and revenue goals while partnering with the Property Manager to ensure consistent, high-energy service.

You will lead daily huddles, observe tours, and provide feedback to deliver outstanding moves-ins and renewals, while maintaining TRG Brand standards and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of leasing or sales experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills to inspire performance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team through daily coaching sessions, tours, and closing to drive occupancy and revenue targets.
• Monitor weekly metrics (calls, tours, applications, leases) and mentor the team to improve performance.
• Review applications quickly and ensure compliance; supervise operations with the Property Manager.
• Assist marketing with outreach and online presence; coordinate events with marketing.
• Ensure guest experiences reflect TRG’s hospitality standards and oversee move-ins and orientations.
