TRG Management is seeking a leasing manager to lead the leasing team and oversee daily operations across our communities. The role focuses on recruiting, training, mentoring, and driving leasing performance while delivering exceptional resident service and ensuring timely move-ins.

You'll implement marketing plans, monitor market trends, oversee renewals, and coordinate with property managers to maintain TRG standards and achieve community goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading leasing teams and achieving occupancy goals.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to train and mentor leasing consultants and staff.
