Job summary

TRG Management is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead a high‑energy leasing team, coach agents, and drive occupancy and revenue through the Prospect‑Centered Sales Approach.

You will partner with the Property Manager to review applications, monitor metrics, and ensure timely tours, move‑ins, and resident communications while upholding TRG’s hospitality standards. Benefits include base salary plus bonus, health, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of leasing or sales experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team with coaching, daily huddles, and performance reviews.
• Drive leasing performance through the Prospect-Centered Sales Approach.
• Review applications for timeliness, accuracy and compliance; approvals within 48 hours and leases signed within 72 hours.
