Job summary

TRG Management leads a Leasing Manager to drive community leasing performance in Raleigh, NC through coaching, accountability, and execution of a Prospect‑Centered Sales Approach. The role partners with the Property Manager to achieve occupancy and revenue targets while fostering high energy and teamwork.

The position emphasizes development of the leasing team, coaching on tours, and ensuring timely move‑ins and renewals, with a focus on exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of leasing or sales experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills with the ability to inspire performance in others.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the sales coach for the leasing team, listening to 3–5 calls weekly and providing actionable feedback.
• Host daily leasing huddles to set priorities, review goals, and celebrate wins.
• Shadow at least one tour per team member per month to observe skills and ensure consistency in sales approach.
• Lead by example in tours, follow‑up, and closing to model high‑performance standards.
• Motivate, mentor, and hold leasing consultants accountable for meeting weekly and monthly leasing benchmarks.
• Review and audit templates and response communication; ensure tasks are completed by day’s end.
