Job summary

TRG Management Company LLLP seeks a Leasing Manager to lead the community's leasing team, drive occupancy and revenue targets, and coach staff for exceptional service. You will partner with the Property Manager to execute TRG’s Prospect-Centered Sales Approach and ensure timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading daily huddles, coaching tours, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of leasing or sales experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the sales coach for the leasing team, providing actionable feedback on calls.
• Host daily leasing huddles to set priorities and review goals.
• Shadow tours to observe skills and ensure consistency in sales approach.
• Lead by example in tours, follow-up, and closing to model performance.
• Motivate, mentor, and hold consultants accountable for weekly/monthly benchmarks.
• Review and audit templates and response communications.
