Job summary

TRG Management Company is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the community’s leasing team, coach members, and drive occupancy and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Property Manager, ensure timely applications and leases, and maintain exceptional resident service.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a data-driven approach to meet weekly and monthly benchmarks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years leasing or sales experience, with leadership preferred.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with property management software (OneSite or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coach leasing team through calls, tours, and close opportunities.
• Lead daily leasing huddles, set priorities, and celebrate wins.
• Shadow tours to observe skills and coach for consistency.
• Monitor leasing metrics and drive results through coaching.
• Ensure timely processing of applications and leases.
• Partner with Property Manager on occupancy and revenue targets.
• Assist with marketing outreach and resident communications.
