Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year leasing experience and two years of sales/marketing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a leasing team to meet occupancy goals.
• Answer questions, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
• Oversee lease renewal process and documentation; protect resident information.
• Maintain readiness of leasing offices, models, and common areas; report deficiencies.
• Develop marketing plans leveraging advertising, internet, outreach, and referrals.
