Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and closing sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage residents through programs and events to reduce turnover.
• Ensure leasing office, models, vacant units and common areas are ready for viewing and move-ins.
