Job summary

Qualifications

• Three–five years in leasing, leasing management, or property management.
• Strong coaching and training skills.
• Strong lease closing skills.
• Ability to read and write business communications and present to groups.

• Review leases and renewals for accuracy.
• Manage leasing consultant commissions and reporting.
• Maintain leasing and renewal boards and model displays.
• Plan leasing promotions and analyze concessions.
