Waterton in Franklin, TN is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead a team of leasing professionals. You will manage all processes for selling and renewing residential leases, focus on generating qualified prospects, touring the property, following up with applicants, and preparing lease packages.

You’ll drive occupancy goals, oversee the renewal program, ensure lease paperwork is accurate and secure, and keep units and common areas ready.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a leasing team.
• Experience in leasing and sales/marketing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet occupancy goals by motivating the leasing team to exceed expectations.
• Generate interest by answering questions, touring, following up, and closing sales.
• Oversee lease renewals and ensure proper documentation and data protection.
• Maintain readiness of leasing office, models, vacant units, and common areas.
• Apply local market knowledge and marketing plans to boost visibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
