Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property marketing and leasing leader to direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities. You will manage leasing teams, set pricing strategies, and drive occupancy and revenue targets across a 270-unit single-family stage lease-up.

You will develop and implement marketing plans, coordinate print and digital campaigns, and use property management software to monitor performance. Strong onsite leadership and renewal program oversight are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing, advertising and sales activities for a multi-unit community.
• Ability to develop pricing, concessions and leasing incentives to boost occupancy.
• Proven track record of achieving occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, leasing team members, and resources to achieve revenue, occupancy, retention, and leasing goals.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Create print and internet advertising strategies and use property management software to generate reports.
• Oversee maintenance coordination to ensure property appearance and safety.
• Guide leasing process from traffic generation to lease execution and move-in.
• Monitor financial and operational reports to address leasing performance issues.
• Present marketing and leasing results to clients, owners, and management.
• Oversee lease renewal programs and related communications.
