Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager for Alexan Pena Station in Denver. You will oversee rentals, move-ins/out, and renewals, while marketing to prospective residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

You will lead leasing consultants, verify applications, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness, delivering exceptional service to residents and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of residential leasing/management experience.
• Experience with Yardi or another PM system required.
• Experience with customer reputation tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market to prospective residents and drive occupancy and retention.
• Train leasing consultants and coach performance.Coordinate outreach and marketing efforts.
• Review applications and coordinate with the property manager for approval.
• Coordinate move-in/out schedules with maintenance and ensure units are ready.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and provide excellent customer service.
