Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Leasing Manager to lead the Leasing team from inquiry to residency, driving occupancy, revenue, and a high-quality resident experience. You will supervise the leasing process, ensure adherence to policies, and partner with local leadership to meet financial goals across the assigned market.

The role requires 3+ years in residential leasing with leadership experience, knowledge of housing laws, and proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of residential leasing or related experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a team lead or manager role.
• Real estate license (if required by state) and a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, self-directed, highly motivated, and able to multi-task.
• Ability to read financial statements and perform moderate mathematical functions.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of the Leasing team handling new leases and renewals.
• Drive performance and hold team members accountable for occupancy, rent growth, and resident experience.
• Partner with local leadership to implement initiatives that optimize resident service and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet quality standards.
• Deliver frequent performance feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot issues related to home condition, marketing tools, smart home tech, resident portal, or other platforms.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
