Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Leasing Manager to implement strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and customer goals, guiding the end-to-end resident experience from inquiry through residency. You will supervise the Leasing team, drive performance, and partner with local leadership to optimize resident service and financial outcomes.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in residential leasing, a supervisory background, and a solid understanding of housing laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of residential leasing or related experience.
• 1+ year in a team lead or manager role.
• Real estate license (if required by state) and valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel; Yardi Voyager and Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be proactive, self-directed, and able to multi-task.
• Ability to travel within the assigned portfolio; reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of the Leasing team for new leases and renewals.
• Drive performance and accountability to meet occupancy, rent growth and resident experience objectives.
• Partner with local leadership to optimize resident service and financial goals.
• Ensure adherence to policies and quality standards and operating objectives.
• Deliver frequent performance feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot issues with home condition, marketing tools, smart home tech, or resident portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
