Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. You will work closely with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and craft a strategic plan to hit budgeted occupancy. You will lead the leasing team, close leases, and ensure accurate reporting.

You will also manage resident relations, retention programs, and marketing campaigns, while coordinating staff training and ensuring policy compliance and property standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required (Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year in housing).
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software and systems.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property and set leasing goals.
• Lead leasing team to achieve occupancy targets and ensure effective lease closure.
• Audit lease files to ensure policy compliance and accurate documentation.
• Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans and budgets.
• Monitor leasing progress and renewals; adjust strategies as needed.
• Supervise staff training, coaching, and development to meet company standards.
• Maintain property appearance and coordinate timely repairs and inspections.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year housing industry experience

Basic computer skills

Fair Housing Laws knowledge

OSHA requirements knowledge
