Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. The role works closely with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and develop a strategic plan for achieving budgeted occupancy.

The Leasing Manager leads the leasing team, coordinates resident relations and retention programs, and ensures accurate reporting and policy compliance. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s housing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property.
• Lead the leasing team and ensure achievement of occupancy goals.
• Audit lease files and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and events.
• Coordinate property appearances and Maintenance collaboration.
