Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, working with the Community Manager to set goals and drive occupancy. The role requires leadership of the leasing team and collaboration on resident relations.

You will manage marketing plans, tenant retention efforts, and events, while ensuring policy compliance and outstanding customer service. This position emphasizes on-site performance and team coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management
• Regular onsite attendance
• Ensure leasing techniques are effective and documentation is current
• Audit lease files for policy compliance
• Handle resident complaints and requests to maintain satisfaction
• Develop and implement resident retention programs
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents
• Contribute to Marketing Management and budgets
• Develop annual marketing plan and budget
• Drive marketing outreach to generate traffic
• Monitor leasing/renewal progress and report findings
• Plan and execute leasing and renewal events with Community Manager
• Maintain knowledge of property, competition, and market conditions with weekly surveys
• Apply sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and occupancy
