Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, working closely with the Community Manager to set goals and craft a strategic plan to reach occupancy targets.

The role requires strong leadership, on-site software skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. It is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within Asset Living.

Qualifications

• Must understand and perform on-site software functions.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management to achieve occupancy targets.
• Lead leasing team and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and leases.
• Monitor leasing/renewal progress and report metrics.
• Maintain excellent resident relations and service standards.
