Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. You will work with the Community Manager to set leasing goals, develop strategic marketing plans, and lead the leasing team to drive occupancy and positive resident relations.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, with preference for a Bachelor’s degree and housing industry experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site operations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management and goal setting with Community Manager.
• Lead the leasing team to achieve occupancy targets.
• Manage on-site marketing plans and campaigns to generate traffic.
