Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, closely collaborating with the Community Manager to set goals and develop a strategic plan aimed at achieving occupancy targets.

You will lead the leasing team, ensure effective leasing techniques, maintain resident relations, and monitor marketing efforts. This on-site role offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities within a dynamic company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property; work with Community Manager to set goals and develop a marketing plan.
• Lead leasing team and achieve budgeted occupancy; ensure lease signing and documentation are accurate.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and on-site events.
• Monitor marketing efforts, campaigns, and property traffic to optimize occupancy.
