Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, working with the Community Manager to set goals and drive occupancy. You will lead the leasing team, ensure successful leasing, positive resident relations, and execute the marketing plan to meet budget targets.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred or related housing industry experience. Strong communication and leadership skills required.

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management and achieving budgeted occupancy.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and marketing plans.
• Supervise leasing team and ensure effective leasing, marketing and resident relations.
